Butch’s first name was Rolo. He certainly lived up to this name in terms of how much he loved adventures, exploring new places via car rides, and his intense basketball playtime. If you’ve ever watched a bulldog play with his favorite toy, such as a skateboard, then you understand. We loved adventuring, feasting, and played doing what was similar to a rugby scrum with his basketball.
The rest of this may not necessarily match the name Rolo, but Butch remained friendly, sweet and gentle until the last moments of his life. We went on a nice walk by the ocean near Providence which is about an hour round trip drive. We spent another hour or two driving in the car from place to place. We ended up at Bass Pro Shops where he met a few new people who gave him pets.
These were our last adventures together, but I have many great memories of him. He brought me a lot of happiness over his lifetime and I am grateful to have been his owner.
He was never a business asset; however, some may say he was the brains behind the operation. He was my best choice for a mascot since he brought smiles and laughter to so many different people. He made them happy which is the goal for Bulldog Financial Planning where the mission statement is simple: Put You and Your Family First.
Unfortunately, he got cancer, but he lived his best life up until the end. He was a fighter, and I know he would want me to keep fighting on behalf of my client's interests, the business, and for myself.
