How does BFP Make Money?

Hourly Rates -

BFP offers financial planning services and investment advice to clients on an hourly as-needed basis.

Flat Fee Services -

BFP offers some financial planning services for flat fees. A flat fee service offering refers to a pricing structure that charges a single fixed fee for a service.

Once you select flat fee Financial Planning Services, you will receive continued uncompromised planning services at no additional cost for up to 18 months. During this time frame you will have opportunities for progress check-ins and receive updated recommendations as things develop.

WRAP Program Fees for Managed Accounts -

BFP offers two types of WRAP programs that have an annualized fee. A wrap fee program is commonly described as an investment account where you are charged a single, bundled, or “wrap” fee for investment advice, discretionary investment management, brokerage services, administrative expenses, and other fees and expenses.

The two Bulldog Financial Planning programs are designed to cover the ordinary costs associated with each type of service: (Please view the Firm Brochure for the costs included for each one. https://www.bulldogfinancialplanning.com/the-firm-brochure You can request a copy by emailing Bulldogfinancialplanning@outlook.com)

Investment Account Management - The fee covers the charges related to an investment account under discretionary management.

Wealth Management - The fee covers financial planning, discretionary investment management, cash management features, and wealth management.

Financial Planning clients choosing to enroll into one of the managed WRAP programs offered by BFP will receive a prorated credit for previously paid services which will offset the future costs of the selected WRAP program.

Important Disclosures: BFP does not receive sales related compensation or sales incentives related to investment flows related to any investment recommendations. Bulldog Financial Planning does not receive performance based fees, mutual fund loads, 12b-1 revenue, or share in any expense ratio of an etf or mutual fund. Clients with assets in one of the managed account WRAP programs offered by Bulldog Financial Planning will pay fees based on a percentage of assets under management. The more assets under management will generally mean more fees. BFP offers competitive rates for all of its managed account services. You will pay fees and costs whether you make or lose money on your investments. Fees and costs will reduce any amount of money you make on your investments over time. Please make sure you understand what fees and costs you are paying. See the WRAP Program breakpoint schedules located in the Firm Brochure or in the table of fees for more details.
